Reduced hot flashes
Helped with my hot flashes! I've been taking this product for over a year now, and I’ve had great results! My energy levels feel stable, and my peri-menopausal symptoms have greatly reduced. Initially, I suffered from frequent hot flashes, especially at night, but after about two weeks, they significantly decreased in frequency and severity. When I skipped my vitamins for a couple of months, the hot flashes returned, particularly at night. After restarting my vitamins, they subsided within a few days again! I highly recommend these!
